Corporate Strategy Role (AI/SaaS)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; office-centric hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Base salary: $182,000–$207,000 per year, plus potential equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide direct strategic support to the C-suite and handle high-priority initiatives from the CEO.
• Lead market analysis, new product incubation, investment evaluation, and M&A strategy development.
• Shape commercial strategy, product portfolio decisions, go-to-market motions, and long-range planning.
• Analyze strategic threats, market opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships.
• Design operating models and organizational structures required to execute corporate priorities.
• Align Product, Finance, GTM, and G&A stakeholders around strategic initiatives and execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in corporate, product, or GTM strategy within a B2B SaaS company, or prior strategy consulting experience.
• Strong experience with portfolio investment decisions and new product incubation.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market motions.
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives from conception through recommendation and execution.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
