Vice President, Strategy (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; this role is not available for hire or work in New Mexico or Hawaii.

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead business strategy and customer experience transformation initiatives for iconic brands and global enterprises.
• Develop three- to five-year growth visions, transformation roadmaps, financial models, ROI analyses, and value-realization frameworks.
• Translate AI trends into enterprise use cases across ERP, CRM, data platforms, and digital touchpoints.
• Guide cross-functional Product, Business Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams from strategic discovery and prototyping through launch and scaling.
• Advise C-suite executives and senior stakeholders on business diagnostics, strategic recommendations, and measurable economic impact.
• Lead strategic pitches, RFPs, consulting engagements, and the development of the firm's strategy practice.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business strategy and leadership within a product or services innovation agency, management consulting, or corporate strategy environment.
• Experience leading enterprise growth initiatives, market-entry strategies, and multi-year digital transformation programs.
• Strong experience developing financial models, revenue projections, business cases, and value-realization frameworks.
• Experience taking digital products, services, or new ventures from strategic discovery through economic modeling, design, and market launch.
• Strategic understanding of enterprise systems integration, API ecosystems, data flows, and AI activation at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree in business or economics is preferred.
