What you will do

• Engage with clients to define strategic goals and identify critical workflows for AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deploy customized, scalable solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis using SQL to identify limitations and mitigation strategies.
• Lead client training and workshops to ensure high service adoption and user empowerment.
• Manage project delivery through SteerCo meetings, clear documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Build and deliver strategic demos to showcase value propositions to prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in client-facing strategy or consulting roles.
• Experience coordinating between business units and internal engineering or data science teams.
• Proven ability to deliver results in complex B2B enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in ad-hoc data analysis and SQL.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area for in-office collaboration.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time as business needs require.
