What you will do
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Romania.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive product launches and market expansion.
- Coach and develop a high-performing sales team of approximately 20 people while collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven commercial leadership experience in crop protection, seeds, fertilisers, or agricultural inputs; crop protection experience is essential.
- Experience leading national sales teams and distributor-based business models.
- Strong commercial acumen with a record of delivering growth.
- Deep understanding of the Romanian agricultural market.
- Fluency in Romanian and English, with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
