Area Sales Manager Immunology

Location: Based in Cluj or Bucharest, Romania; field activities across Bucharest and Cluj Napoca

Base pay: lei225,000.00–lei362,250.00 annually, plus sales incentives or an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and lead the sales team to achieve regional immunology sales targets.
• Create sales plans aligned with company and brand strategy.
• Analyze market data, competitor activity, performance, and customer segments to establish targets and improve sales efficiency.
• Train, motivate, and develop medical representatives while implementing HR processes and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and HCC guidelines.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders, medical professionals, and other key customers.
• Prepare forecasts, report results to senior management, manage expenditures within budget, and coordinate with sales, marketing, medical, finance, and compliance functions.

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Advanced Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Leadership, people management, analytical, strategic thinking, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the field across the designated Bucharest/Cluj territory.
• Compliance with Safe Fleet requirements and timely reporting of adverse events and brand quality complaints.

Nice to have

• Business development and customer intelligence experience.
• Immunology, pharmaceutical industry, market knowledge, or pharmaceutical sales marketing experience.
• Experience with performance measurement, resource allocation, revenue management, and sales trend analysis.
