Senior Medical Representative (Hematology)

Location: Bucureşti, Romania, with responsibility for Cluj-Napoca, Maramureș, Satu Mare, Bistrița, and Sălaj

Base pay: lei162,000.00–lei259,900.00

What you will do

• Build professional relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and strategic customers.
• Present hematology and oncology products and supporting services to healthcare professionals.
• Manage the assigned territory, develop territory plans, and achieve sales objectives.
• Identify new customer and business opportunities and prepare activity plans.
• Schedule and conduct product presentations, manage follow-ups, and prepare sales reports.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams while operating in accordance with company policies, ARPIM requirements, and Romanian legislation.

Requirements

• University degree and 2–4 years of recent pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong oncology experience, established relationships with relevant healthcare professionals and stakeholders, and experience working with KOLs.
• Hematology experience is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated key account management capabilities, including analysis, planning, preparation, implementation, and follow-up.
• Fluent Romanian and communicative English are required.
• Clean driving licence, strong planning and collaboration skills, and high ethical standards under ARPIM regulations.

Nice to have

• Clinical experience and strong knowledge of hematology, oncology, and the pharmaceutical market.
