Inside Sales Representative (HVAC)

Location: Fort Myers, Florida; on-site five days per week

Annual base salary: $56,936.66–$82,809.99

What you will do

• Serve as a key customer contact throughout the sales cycle, from quotation through delivery.
• Contact current and prospective customers to generate sales.
• Develop and sell recurring-revenue service contracts.
• Maintain paperwork, purchase orders, rental agreements, reports, and other sales documentation.
• Manage inventory stocking levels and ensure orders are complete and accurate.
• Mentor peers and share standard methodologies with less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Customer service and inside sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs, solve problems, and respond efficiently.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong computer knowledge and comfort using computers.
• HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
• An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
