Location: Must be based in Denver, CO, United States

Salary: $52,769 – $72,550 (based on hourly range of $25.37–$34.88)

What you will do

• Process telephone and email orders by providing quotes, delivery specifications, and product alternatives.
• Manage a defined customer base to ensure organic growth and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Prospect for new accounts within the assigned geographical territory.
• Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to promote products and answer technical inquiries.
• Collaborate with outside sales personnel to process priority transactions and resolve customer issues.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends to report to management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Denver, CO
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution
• High School diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed
