Auto Finance Sales Rep- Senior (Auto Finance)

Location: Houston, TX, with travel to Austin, TX for one overnight day per week. Workplace type: Remote. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with franchise automobile dealers in the Houston market.
• Sell auto finance products and services directly to dealers and service dealer customers.
• Train dealership staff and demonstrate the value of hirify.global and its competitor products.
• Build and maintain a business portfolio by identifying new opportunities.
• Manage reporting and key performance indicators for the assigned territory.
• Monitor the auto industry, local competition, and community developments.

Requirements

• At least two years of auto finance-related sales experience.
• High school diploma.
• Residence within the Houston metropolitan area is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, typing, and pre-call sales preparation.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available; applicants must already have full-time US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Local dealer knowledge and relationships.
• Experience working with multiple dealerships and dealer groups.
• Bachelor’s degree.
