Location: On-site in Barber Lake, TX; Lubbock, TX; or New Lebanon, IN

Salary: $185,000–$238,000 base pay, plus equity

What you will do

• Own physical security technology across greenfield data center campuses from groundbreak through commissioning and steady-state operations.
• Partner with engineering teams and construction trades to deploy, program, and commission Electronic Security Systems.
• Deliver hirify.global’s customer security commitments and meet contractual milestones.
• Design and execute site-specific strategies for secure material movement and protection of critical assets during construction and operations.

Requirements

• Experience managing the full data center security lifecycle from groundbreak to go-live.
• Strong technical expertise in Electronic Security Systems programming and commissioning.
• Experience validating door hardware and securing active construction sites.
• Ability to plan secure material movements and protect critical assets.
• Comfort working at high speed and owning security across broad site operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale greenfield builds.
• Large-scale ESS deployment and commissioning experience.
• Experience with construction-phase security and customer-facing security commitments.
