Security Engineer (AI/ML Security)

What you will do

• Own the security roadmap for AI products, foundation models, infrastructure, and customer data.
• Partner with enterprise customers on security procurement, technical security agreements, posture reviews, and data-handling requirements.
• Conduct threat modeling and secure design reviews from initial product design through implementation.
• Build security tooling and paved paths that help engineering and research teams ship safely.
• Oversee bug bounty activities and vulnerability scanning, prioritizing remediation based on risk.
• Secure AI/ML pipelines, inference systems, GPU environments, Kubernetes clusters, and multi-cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application or infrastructure security in a high-growth environment.
• Deep experience securing AWS environments; GCP or Azure experience is advantageous.
• Experience with AI/ML security, including prompt injection defenses or protection of model weights.
• Strong Kubernetes experience with EKS or GKE, including multi-tenant security and resource isolation.
• Experience with modern observability, operational ownership, and a collaborative approach to vulnerability remediation.
• Proven experience with SOC2, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks in cloud-native environments.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating agentic AI workflows into developer security tooling.
• Experience with GCP or Azure in addition to AWS.
