What you will do

• Design highly precise FBAR filters for advanced linear and non-linear performance.
• Develop filters capable of handling high power levels.
• Correlate EM and circuit simulation results with physical implementations and measured device performance.
• Use layout software to create and refine filter designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reliability.

Requirements

• MS or Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency with EM tools such as HFSS, circuit tools such as ADS, and layout software such as Cadence or equivalent CAD tools.
• Understanding of basic device physics.
• Experience developing and leading FBAR/BAW or SAW filter designs is preferred.
• Deep understanding of RF block and chain design is preferred.
