What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to accelerate design pipelines in South Korea.
• Provide tier 2 technical support and training for MOS product families.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key design engineers.
• Create technical content including application schematics, demo boards, and simulations.
• Identify emerging applications and provide feedback on roadmap requests and competitor activity.
• Represent the company at marketing initiatives and industry speaking opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in power electronics applications such as power conversion, motor control, or battery management.
• Familiarity with electronic product design processes and component selection.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• High standard of written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with MOSFET technologies.
• Familiarity with prominent ECAD systems and simulation tools.
