What you will do
- Accelerate Business Group MOS design pipelines across South Korea with account managers, business development teams, field application engineers, distributors, and sales representatives.
- Provide expert product guidance, tier 2 technical support, training, and design assistance to customers and partners.
- Build relationships with design engineers and identify emerging applications, prospective customers, and market opportunities.
- Collect customer requirements, competitor insights, roadmap feedback, white-spot requests, and NPI opportunities.
- Create application schematics, demonstration boards, simulations, technical documentation, and other engineering support materials.
- Support marketing initiatives, contribute technical content, and represent the MOS business group at industry and customer events.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in electrical/electronic engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in power electronics applications, such as AC/DC power conversion, motor control, battery management, or energy storage.
- Familiarity with electronic product design processes, including component selection and qualification.
- Experience with MOSFETs and related technologies, as well as automotive, industrial, or commercial applications.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel up to 50%.
- High standard of written and spoken English required.

- Familiarity with prominent ECAD systems and simulation tools.
