Service Engineer (Automation)

Location: Seongnam, with regular travel and extended periods working at customer sites

What you will do

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot QCS and AMP systems at customer sites.
• Act as the primary customer contact and identify support, training, and upgrade opportunities.
• Deliver preventive and reactive service activities, including on-call support when required.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and project teams on lifecycle upgrades and customer projects.
• Maintain service records, prepare monthly reports, share knowledge, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Control Engineering, or Pulp & Paper Engineering.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience; QCS and AMP experience is advantageous.
• Working proficiency in English and strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel regularly, work for extended periods at customer sites, and participate in on-call support.
• Commitment to safe working practices and continuous technical development.
