Project Manager Equipment (HVAC)

Location: Laval, Quebec, Canada; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a choice of work location on Fridays

Salary: CAD 66,300.00–120,084.99 annual base salary

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple smaller-scale equipment supply projects, including schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.
• Plan projects, establish parameters, and follow standardized equipment ordering and fulfillment procedures.
• Complete order entry, purchase order issuance, work order generation, document coordination, and project record maintenance.
• Communicate with building owners, mechanical contractors, technicians, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve questions.
• Monitor estimated ship dates, project costs, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, progress billing, and collections support.
• Provide limited onsite support to technicians and customers without managing job sites or subcontractors.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in engineering or equivalent and at least three years of relevant project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience; alternatively, at least five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment.
• A four-year degree is not required; practical experience and relevant skills are valued.
