Project Manager Bilingual (English & French) Temp (Healthcare)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; travel up to 20% across Canada

Salary: CAD 80,000–120,000 annually, including base salary and estimated target incentive payout

What you will do

• Lead commercial projects from planning through execution, including capital equipment implementations, new product launches, and strategic business initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and milestones with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Technical Services, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and global teams.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests, escalating concerns and implementing mitigation plans.
• Improve project execution through digital tools, process improvements, and standardized practices.

Requirements

• College diploma or university degree.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience implementing products, services, or solutions in healthcare settings.
• Experience with JD Edwards ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams, plus knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment.
