What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of complex, large-scale Finance transformation programs, translating CFO vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Design and implement the Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) using current-state assessments and process taxonomies.
• Manage daily PMO operations, including RAID logs, resource planning, and creating executive-level dashboards for steering committees.
• Act as a primary change agent by delivering stakeholder impact analyses, readiness assessments, and tailored training materials.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of business analysts and IT partners in a matrixed global organization.
• Coordinate with external consulting firms and system integrators to ensure seamless integration and project delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading Finance transformation programs or PMO initiatives.
• Proven expertise in designing TOM/SDM and managing end-to-end finance processes (Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformations, including ERP implementations, AI/ML, and analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated success in organizational change management (OCM) to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
• People management experience within global matrixed organizations.
• Must be based in or be able to work from London, UK on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• PMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (ADKAR), or CCMP certification.
• Prior management consulting experience (Big Four or similar).
