Salary: $105,000–$140,000 base + discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Lead business case development for strategic projects, including financial models, sensitivity analysis, and executive presentations to senior management.
• Conduct financial and non-financial analysis on wholesaling strategy with advisor sales team, integrating non-standard requests from stakeholders.
• Support market, industry, and competitive research to evaluate sales opportunities and measure positioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional finance support (accounting, tax, analytics) for business projects.
• Lead business planning and forecasting, consolidating data, developing KPIs, and aligning with finance and sales executives.
• Participate as finance lead on project teams, develop reports, and provide updates on sales trends.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada required.
• 4+ years in financial analysis within a finance department.
• University degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics, or related; CPA (CA, CMA, CGA) or MBA.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI; ability to build complex financial models.
• Strong financial acumen, time/project management, and cross-department collaboration.

Nice to have

• 2+ years as Finance Manager or equivalent.
• Financial services industry experience.
