Senior Financial Analyst (GTM)

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates based in the United States

Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Own annual and long-term Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success planning across revenue, staffing, and resourcing.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Analytics to align go-to-market spending and targets with the financial plan.
• Build and maintain CAC, LTV, payback, sales capacity, and Customer Success productivity models.
• Use unit economics and go-to-market efficiency analysis to recommend investment priorities.
• Query the data warehouse directly to build datasets, validate numbers, and answer financial and operational questions.
• Automate recurring go-to-market reporting to accelerate data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of combined experience in data or analytics and finance or FP&A, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Hands-on experience with pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, LTV, payback, and sales efficiency metrics.
• Expert SQL skills and experience working directly with data warehouses.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
