Senior Financial Analyst (GTM)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be based in the United States

Base salary: $110,000–$140,000; equity and comprehensive benefits

What you will do

• Own annual and long-term Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success planning across revenue, staffing, and resourcing.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Analytics to align go-to-market spend and targets with the financial plan.
• Build and maintain CAC, LTV, payback, sales capacity, and Customer Success productivity models to guide go-to-market investment.
• Query the data warehouse to build datasets, validate numbers, and answer questions combining financial and operational data.
• Automate recurring go-to-market reporting and improve the path from data to decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience spanning both a data or analytics role and a finance or FP&A role.
• Hands-on experience with go-to-market or SaaS metrics, including pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, LTV, payback, and sales efficiency.
• Expert SQL skills and experience working directly in a data warehouse to build and validate datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work fluently across data and finance, moving between SQL queries and financial models.
• Curiosity about go-to-market operations and how sales and marketing drive growth.
• Execution-oriented approach with strong ownership of accuracy and deadlines.
