Salary: $90,000–$113,000 base + discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead business planning and quarterly forecasts, consolidating data from multiple sources and aligning with Finance & Business executives.
• Develop business cases for strategic projects, including end-to-end financial models and sensitivity analysis.
• Create and maintain complex financial models to support product cost structure and business decisions.
• Present insights and business cases to senior management and executive committee.
• Coordinate cross-functional Finance support and integrate non-financial considerations into analyses.
• Build partnerships with business leaders, providing financial stewardship and strategic guidance.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in Financial Analysis role within a Finance department.
• University degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Completion of CPA (CA, CMA, CGA) or MBA.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI; ability to build complex financial models.
• Strong communication, financial acumen, time/project management in fast-paced environment.

• 2+ years in Financial Analyst role.

• Experience with month-end accounting cycle.
