Talent Sourcer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in New York, NY; Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $118,000–$157,000 estimated base salary per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Map, identify, and engage exceptional technical candidates before they enter active searches.
• Analyze talent pools, competitive landscapes, and emerging technical communities to guide hiring strategy.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for multiple roles, independently or with Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Track pipeline metrics, outreach conversion, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
• Design scalable sourcing playbooks, channel strategies, and talent maps.
• Anticipate future hiring needs and maintain ready-to-use candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• Experience building proactive sourcing pipelines that have resulted in hiring exceptional technical candidates.
• Ability to map talent landscapes and turn research into actionable hiring intelligence.
• Experience conducting outreach to passive candidates with messaging that generates responses.
• Data-driven approach using conversion rates, source quality, and pipeline health to improve sourcing.
• Experience building sourcing infrastructure such as playbooks and talent maps.

Nice to have

• Sourcing experience in AI, infrastructure, or other deep-technical markets.
• Experience with sourcing tools, automation, market mapping, or talent intelligence.
