Technical Sourcer (AI)

Location: San Francisco or Palo Alto, United States

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 per year plus equity. USD salary ranges apply only to U.S.-based positions; international compensation is determined according to the local market.

What you will do

• Research, identify, and engage engineering and technical talent across multiple disciplines and experience levels.
• Build candidate pipelines through advanced research, talent mapping, referrals, AI-assisted automation, and creative outreach.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand technical requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Track and analyze pipeline data to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Adapt sourcing approaches to shifting priorities, hard-to-fill roles, and changing team needs.

Requirements

• Exceptional technical literacy and comfort with complex technical conversations, software architecture, and AI roles.
• Proven sourcing experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments with changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Strong interest in adopting AI tools, automating workflows, and experimenting with new sourcing methods.
• Creativity, resilience, and the ability to design and test novel sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Curiosity, iterative thinking, and an impact-oriented mindset.
