Assistant Site Manager

DashMart is hirify.global’s local-fulfillment business, operating distribution centers that deliver household essentials and other products to customers.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, coach, and develop Operations Associates and Shift Leads while building a safety-first and inclusive culture.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and take ownership of results for assigned focus areas or shifts.
• Drive scheduling, inventory management, fulfillment speed, order accuracy, and other performance metrics.
• Analyze operational data and recommend actions related to resource allocation, workflow, and warehouse organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and coordinate onsite escalations with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with inventory, training, and other central teams to ensure the site delivers a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations, warehouse logistics, customer service, retail management, fulfillment, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team, including demonstrated success leading and developing teams of 5 or more employees.
• Experience analyzing data in Excel or Google Sheets using basic formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, analytical, and change-management skills.
• Flexibility to work regularly scheduled late-night and weekend hours is required.
