What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and manage proactive training programs for assigned business needs.
• Facilitate specialized training programs that improve employees’ on-the-job skills and knowledge.
• Enhance training programs and learning materials.
• Consult with managers to assess training and development needs and recommend improvements.
• Maintain compliance, operational risk, and internal control standards, including addressing audit and regulatory issues.
• Mentor, observe, coach, and provide feedback to other trainers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related business-line, facilitation, or teaching experience.
• Alternatively, 7 years of combined higher education and work experience, including at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth understanding of concepts and principles in the relevant discipline.
• Basic knowledge of related disciplines and commercial awareness.
• Ability to follow company and regulatory compliance, operational risk, and internal control standards.
