What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and execution of the Independent Agency training strategy.
• Build and develop a training team focused on the needs of the Independent Agency channel while partnering with Corporate Learning and Development.
• Develop onboarding curricula, training materials, multimodal delivery methods, and learning journeys for different agency segments.
• Audit existing curricula and adjust content, materials, and delivery methods for Independent Agency audiences.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to identify root causes of sales and service performance issues and initiate improvement actions.
• Measure training effectiveness through production lift, behavior change, utilization, engagement, agent readiness, and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience leading training strategy and operations for agency or sales organizations.
• Ability to manage training teams, regional trainers, business plans, staffing projections, and budgets.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders, Product, Corporate Learning, regional management, and Diversity and Inclusion teams.
