Director of Talent Acquisition

Location: On-site in Everett, Washington, United States

Salary: $250,000–$295,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead talent acquisition across executive recruiting, technical and industry hiring, talent operations, and key talent programs.
• Own recruiting outcomes for engineering, materials, nuclear, plasma physics, R&D, production, manufacturing, business, early-career, and non-exempt roles.
• Build scalable recruiting systems, operating rhythms, performance metrics, and hiring processes.
• Partner with technical leadership to support teams developing and operating fusion generators.
• Collaborate with Finance on workforce planning, headcount forecasts, hiring budgets, and recruiting capacity.
• Drive employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate pipelines, and AI-enabled recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years leading talent teams.
• Experience managing managers and hiring across technical, engineering, production, manufacturing, business, executive, early-career, and non-exempt functions.
• Expertise in building talent operations systems and processes in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using funnel data, market intelligence, and hiring metrics.
• Experience developing employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Communications, People Operations, and People Business Partners to align hiring with business strategy.
