TL;DR
Supervisor, Capital Finance (Capital Planning and Network Infrastructure): Leading capital planning, forecasting, and financial oversight for a multi-million-dollar construction portfolio supporting Texas Region network expansion with an accent on financial modeling, business-case evaluation, and performance measurement. Focus on advising Construction leadership, identifying project risks and opportunities, and developing actionable recommendations while supervising and mentoring finance analysts.
Location: Houston, Texas, United States; onsite at 8590 West Tidwell. Must be able to work nights and weekends with variable schedules as necessary.

What you will do
- Lead capital planning, forecasting, and financial oversight for a multi-million-dollar construction portfolio supporting Texas Region growth.
- Partner with Construction, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Business Development, and senior leadership on network expansion and capital investment decisions.
- Develop financial projections and business cases, monitor actual performance against plans, and identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor finance professionals while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Review financial transactions, reports, and reconciliations and maintain compliance with organizational policies and government reporting requirements.
- Analyze complex financial and operational data, track business metrics, and present recommendations for leadership and ad hoc reporting needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of coursework and relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with financial reports, forecasting, supervision, and capital-project financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to use the Office 365 suite.
- Analytical proficiency with tools including SQL, Tableau, Oracle Hyperion, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience using AI tools and techniques for data analysis and decision-making.
- Knowledge of network expansion strategies and competitive analysis.
