FP&A Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Own budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, expense methodologies, and management reporting across the firm.
• Partner with senior leaders across trading desks and support functions to build annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and actionable reporting packages.
• Maintain and improve cost-driver definitions, allocation logic, and auditable methodologies across trading desks, strategies, and support functions.
• Develop return metrics including return on capital and RWA, linking P&L performance to consumption at desk and strategy level.
• Collaborate with global FP&A, Technology, and Operations teams to align standards, improve data flows, and support underlying systems.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team, including coaching, prioritization, hiring support, onboarding, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A or a comparable analytical finance role.
• Experience improving FP&A capabilities, including developing or refining expense methodologies and cost allocation frameworks.
• Familiarity with return on capital, RWA, and P&L-relative cost metrics in a trading or financial services context.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI and data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or SQL.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build alignment across teams on complex financial topics.
• Ownership mindset and comfort driving process improvement, including automation.

• Experience in financial services or a trading environment.
