What you will do

• Build and maintain pricing engines for take-or-pay contracts, multi-site portfolios, term and credit sensitivity, and prepayment structures.
• Analyze target returns, financing constraints, deployment schedules, cost bases, and counterparty pricing tradeoffs.
• Own the consolidated operating model, cash flow forecast, long-range plan, and corporate capital allocation framework.
• Evaluate returns by site and hardware generation, build-versus-lease decisions, timing tradeoffs, and financing structures.
• Support leadership, Capital Markets, investors, and the Board with strategic analysis, KPI reporting, diligence materials, and decision support.
• Deliver rapid-turn analysis, identify risks and opportunities early, and recommend executable next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, applied mathematics, business, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or strategic finance, with exposure to capital-intensive businesses.
• Proven ability to build complex financial models from scratch and understand how capital structure affects operating decisions.
• Experience structuring ambiguous problems, delivering under short timelines, checking model accuracy, and exercising sound judgment.
• Comfort learning programmatically generated and recalculated models built in Python.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in data centers, energy, digital infrastructure, semiconductors, supply chain finance, project finance, or take-or-pay economics.
• Company-side transaction experience and experience building processes from the ground up.
• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools, SQL, Tableau, or Power Query.
