Manager, Candidate Experience (AI)

Location: On-site in Sunnyvale, CA or San Francisco, CA, United States

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 per year plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Manage a global recruiting coordination team responsible for end-to-end interview scheduling, multi-panel loops, interviewer alignment, candidate preparation, and cross-time-zone logistics.
• Monitor coordination quality, capacity, accuracy, calibration, and service-level agreements.
• Build team capacity models and improve workflows, operational processes, and process hygiene.
• Lead initiatives using candidate and hiring-team surveys to improve the hiring experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate and resolve bottlenecks.
• Hire, onboard, and develop recruiting coordinators in partnership with recruiting leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations at a high-growth technology company.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics.
• Exceptional organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience owning execution while building and improving processes.
• Strong operational rigor and comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong familiarity with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system.

Nice to have

• Workday HRIS experience.
• Experience with candidate and hiring experience surveys, results interpretation, and NPS metrics.
• Experience building or running interview training programs.
• Experience with recruiting and AI tools such as CoderPad, Metaview, Glassdoor, or Indeed.
