Recruiter (AI)

Location: New York; on-site five days a week

Salary: $160K–$210K base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Source exceptional technical talent across the New York and London markets.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to recruit engineers and other technical specialists.
• Build recruiting operations from scratch, including Ashby ATS, sourcing and CRM systems, interview loops, and candidate experience.
• Run recruiting operations from initial introduction through accepted offer.
• Use AI tooling to scale recruiting impact and support growing hiring needs.
• Define a consistent, fair, high-bar hiring philosophy and process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, including sourcing and recruiting for top-tier technology organizations.
• Experience recruiting for complex engineering roles and strong technical fluency.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to thoughtfully screen technical candidates.
• Experience building or rebuilding recruiting systems, processes, or teams from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience managing recruiting operations and implementing supporting tools.
