Salary: $165,000–$182,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and coordinate project schedules based on execution strategies.
• Review contractor schedules for compliance, quality, updates, recovery plans, and feasibility.
• Assess change orders, amendments, delays, claims, and their effects on cost and timelines.
• Perform Critical Path Method, Earned Value Management, time impact, cost, and expenditure analyses.
• Create cost-loaded schedules to support cash flow forecasting.
• Conduct site visits, report project progress, recommend corrective actions, and support change-order negotiations.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field; additional qualifying experience may substitute year for year.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera Scheduling Software and Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling principles and practices.
• Experience with time impact analysis, construction claims, and change orders.
