MEP Construction Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Warrenton, Missouri, United States; On-site. Travel to multiple project sites may be required up to 30%.

Salary: $136,125–$165,000 per year plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors.
• Deliver mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with building codes.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and construction deliveries against project requirements and approved designs.
• Develop execution plans, detailed schedules, and site logistics.
• Lead quality control inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning.
• Oversee multiple complex project sites and coordinate stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including applicable industry codes and standards.
• Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building skills with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, priorities, and project details simultaneously.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar tools.
