Construction Scheduler (Data Center)

What you will do

• Own the site schedule in P6, building it directly with field teams and keeping it updated based on real-world progress.
• Run weekly lookaheads with superintendents and general contractors to align the three-week plan with actual crew activities.
• Analyze float, logic, and progress data to identify and flag potential schedule slips weeks before they impact milestones.
• Integrate commissioning sequences into the construction schedule to drive priorities and ensure system turnover dates are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with the right to work.
• Extensive experience scheduling large industrial or mission-critical construction projects in P6.
• Must be willing to work on-site, not from an office.
• Ability to build schedules from crew logic rather than templates and challenge progress updates with data.
• Strong communication skills to convey schedule risks in plain language to field leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center builds.
• Knowledge of pull planning and last planner systems.
• Experience with earned value tracking and commissioning schedule integration.
