Salary: $148,600–$198,200 annually

What you will do

• Own P&L performance, including revenue, profitability, productivity, expenses, and financial objectives.
• Develop and execute state-level growth strategies with Sales leadership.
• Lead title and escrow operations across multiple offices, ensuring service quality, risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational standards.
• Champion technology, innovation, process transformation, and organizational change in preparation for future platforms and operating models.
• Use financial, operational, customer, competitive, and market data to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Build a high-performing leadership team, strengthen talent pipelines, and establish accountability and succession plans.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in title, escrow, real estate services, or a closely related industry.
• Experience owning P&L and leading multi-site or regional operations.
• Proven success developing growth strategies and leading technological, operational, or organizational transformation.
• Strong technology orientation, financial and analytical acumen, collaboration, influence, and operational leadership skills.
• Ability to build leadership teams, partner with Sales, identify opportunities, and translate strategy into execution.
