Regional Vice President (Environmental Consulting)

Location: USA-FL-Tampa-Breckenridge Pkwy; ideally based in Valley Forge, Tampa, or Orlando, with regular travel to teams and clients.

Salary: $250,00–$290,000 annually, plus a 25% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the US East environmental consulting and engineering region across approximately 12 offices and 230 team members.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies, revenue plans, budgets, forecasts, and profitability initiatives.
• Manage P&L performance, resource allocation, utilization, DSO, EBITDA, sales revenue, pricing, and cost controls.
• Build a high-performance, client-focused culture and mentor senior office managers and emerging leaders.
• Identify acquisitions and lead the operational integration of new companies across the US East region.
• Partner with executive leadership, sales, marketing, shared services, and technical teams to expand services and markets.

Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Biological, Cultural, or related Environmental Sciences; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in high-end environmental engineering or consulting, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Experience leading large, growing organizations across multiple geographies, including organizations with more than $50M in revenue.
• Strong P&L and balance sheet management experience, with the ability to address operational risks and performance gaps.
• Strategic leadership, complex problem-solving, collaboration, and outstanding communication skills.
