EVP, Operations

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; driving to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be required.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan, administer, and coordinate organizational activities in line with established policies, goals, and operating objectives.
• Oversee operations supporting up to $20 million in revenue, including the design, operation, and improvement of service delivery systems.
• Provide operational guidance and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational operations.
• Guide management on business growth, new business sales, expansion, and removal of operational obstacles.
• Direct short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on corporate goals.
• Build the operations structure, improve information flow, and establish policies and controls aligned with senior leadership objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading organizational operations, planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives.
• Experience managing teams, including hiring, work assignment, performance evaluations, training, and problem resolution.
• May need a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be required.
