Branch Manager (Finance)

Location: On site in Maple Heights, Ohio, United States. Schedule: Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

Salary: $52,600–$75,000 annual base salary, plus additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Build a customer-focused branch environment and present appropriate lending options.
• Lead meetings, align the team with branch goals, and promote high performance.
• Train and coach employees on branch operations, compliance, and collections.
• Oversee collection activities and help customers develop solutions for overdue accounts.
• Recruit and develop diverse talent while providing actionable feedback and supporting continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with peers and management, resolve issues strategically, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience with coaching and managing a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing within six months of starting.
• Ability to work on site in Maple Heights, Ohio during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.
