Sr. Manager, Software Development and Engineering Lead (C#/.NET Core)

Salary: USD $150,600–$205,000 per year, plus potential bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade applications supporting millions of retirement plan participants.
• Modernize critical systems, user experiences, integrations, and business platforms.
• Define enterprise architecture, system designs, services, and architecture patterns using Domain-Driven Design.
• Build and enhance applications and APIs with C#/.NET Core, Angular/TypeScript, RESTful Services, and SQL.
• Improve platform stability, performance, availability, resilience, and scalability across a portfolio of applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product partners, and business stakeholders to influence technical direction and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Expertise in enterprise architecture and system design for high-volume enterprise applications.
• Proven experience with C#/.NET Core, RESTful Services/API development, SQL, and relational databases.
• Ability to apply Artificial Intelligence technologies and AI-enabled developer tools.
• Experience with Angular/TypeScript and application performance and scalability.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with OAuth 2, SAML, JWT, web accessibility, and inclusive user experiences.
• Experience with test-driven development, behavior-driven development, Agile, and Scrum.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and translating innovation into business value.
