Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in San Francisco office)

Salary: $200,000 - $300,000

What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Core Experience surfaces including Homepage, Mobile, Desktop, Extension, and SDK.
• Own the end-to-end quality of the app shell, navigation, notifications, and settings.
• Partner with Search and Chat teams to create a cohesive end-to-end user journey.
• Drive growth, engagement, and retention using A/B testing, instrumentation, and qualitative research.
• Translate ambiguous concepts into detailed user flows, interaction patterns, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with GTM, solutions, and support teams to align product strategy with enterprise realities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS, AI products, or high-engagement workflow platforms.
• Proven track record of driving growth and retention through data-driven iteration and experimentation.
• Technical fluency in retrieval, ranking, and client infrastructure across web, desktop, mobile, and SDK surfaces.
• Ability to specify granular UI behaviors, concrete workflows, and adoption paths.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office.
