Product Manager, AI Monetization & Expansion (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work location

Salary: $161,500–$285,000 per year base pay for candidates based in the United States.

What you will do

• Set the product strategy and roadmap across expansion, AI monetization, and enterprise usage controls.
• Identify onboarding, management, and sharing barriers, then ship and measure platform improvements that increase adoption.
• Build enterprise capabilities for onboarding teams, managing hirify.global, and sharing apps, workflows, and agents.
• Partner with engineering on metering, entitlements, billing infrastructure, spend controls, usage policies, cost reporting, and upgrade paths.
• Work with data and finance on unit economics, customer behavior models, pricing, and packaging decisions.
• Partner with enterprise admins, finance leaders, Sales, and Customer Success to turn recurring expansion needs into product capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience shipping technically complex products with measurable outcomes.
• Technical depth to work effectively with senior engineers on metering pipelines, billing infrastructure, and AI workloads.
• Ability to build models, analyze product data, and reason about unit economics.
• Strong product judgment, ownership, decision-making, and cross-functional execution.
• Hands-on curiosity about AI and experience building or experimenting with modern AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in growth, billing and monetization, enterprise platforms, developer platforms, or zero-to-one products.
• Prior experience with usage-based billing, metering, entitlements, pricing and packaging, onboarding, admin tooling, permissions, or spend management.
• Previous experience in AI, billing, or enterprise controls.
