Director, Product Management (AI)

Location: United States; remote role.

Salary: $176,000–$238,000 annually, plus 10% bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Set the product-led growth vision and strategy across the marketing site, signup and trial flows, onboarding, self-serve experiences, and retention.
• Align self-serve and sales-led motions with marketing, sales, business development, and monetization stakeholders.
• Develop AI and agentic GTM experiences that personalize the funnel, accelerate time-to-value, and reduce signup and onboarding friction.
• Establish and monitor funnel KPIs including visit-to-signup, signup-to-activation, trial-to-paid, and retention.
• Build a rapid experimentation culture through structured tests, evaluations, and learning loops.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of product managers while shaping long-term growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Native fluency using AI throughout the product development lifecycle, including research, prototyping, evaluation, and iteration.
• End-to-end experience building and launching product-led growth motions across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, including 3+ years in product leadership with direct people management.
• Demonstrated growth with measurable revenue impact and experience defining and improving data-driven KPIs.
• Strong strategic, operational, communication, stakeholder alignment, and executive influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• Direct experience delivering AI or agentic GTM solutions.
• Experience improving team efficiency or output quality through AI tools and automation.
• Expertise in conversion rate optimization, growth experimentation, SaaS economics, and scaling GTM motions.
• Experience scaling teams and product scope in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A broad or deeply specialized portfolio of self-directed exploration and resilience in ambiguous situations.
