What you will do

• Drive the vision and strategy for the marketing site, signup, trial, onboarding, and self-serve experiences.
• Align self-serve and sales-led motions by partnering with marketing, sales, BD, and monetization stakeholders.
• Execute AI/agentic GTM strategies to personalize the funnel and reduce friction from signup to activation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of growth product managers.
• Establish and evolve funnel KPIs (visit → signup → activation → paid) to inform growth opportunities.
• Foster a rapid experimentation culture using structured tests and learning loops across acquisition surfaces.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS environments.
• 3+ years in product leadership roles with direct people management responsibilities.
• Native fluency in utilizing AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle (research, prototyping, iteration).
• Proven track record of building and launching end-to-end product-led growth (PLG) motions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver growth with measurable revenue impact.

• Direct experience delivering AI or agentic GTM solutions.
• Proficiency in SaaS economics and conversion rate/funnel optimization.
