Senior IT Project Manager (Business Systems Modernization)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business systems and enterprise technology modernization initiatives.
• Manage discovery, requirements, solution planning, implementation, testing, deployment, stabilization, and operational handoff.
• Build project plans, milestones, critical paths, RAID logs, decision logs, and executive status updates.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT leadership, architecture, security, operations, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, deliverables, technical environments, resource schedules, and issue resolution.
• Improve project management processes, governance, tools, templates, and delivery consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional IT project management experience leading strategic technology programs.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or CRM implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, or business process modernization.
• Strong command of work breakdown structures, Gantt planning, critical path, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC, release readiness, and support transition frameworks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe Agilist certification.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, data migrations, reporting architectures, workflow automation, or IAM initiatives.
• Experience mentoring project managers and sharing delivery best practices.
