Senior Project Manager - Professional Services

Location: Remote within the United States

Base pay: $100,300–$194,300 annually, depending on state, experience, qualifications, and market factors. The role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead large, strategic enterprise implementations of hirify.global’s excise tax platforms from project handoff through go-live, hypercare, and final sign-off.
• Establish program governance, delivery schedules, resource plans, stakeholder communications, and cutover plans.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams including implementation consultants, technical architects, data specialists, and delivery partners.
• Manage scope, risks, budgets, ERP dependencies, customer expectations, disputes, and executive escalations.
• Lead change-order negotiations, post-project retrospectives, and reusable delivery frameworks.
• Apply AI tools to improve delivery quality, automate workflows, analyze customer interactions, and reduce project backlog.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive project or program management experience in enterprise SaaS implementations, professional services, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, operations, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience independently leading large enterprise software implementations from initiation through successful go-live.
• Strong expertise in scope, schedule, budget, RAID risk registers, and formal change management.
• Advanced proficiency with PSA and collaboration platforms such as Salesforce PSA, FinancialForce, Jira, or Confluence.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including communication with VP- and C-level customer leaders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fuel, tobacco, or excise tax compliance; energy supply chains; or enterprise ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle Cloud, or PDI Enterprise.
• Experience managing hybrid delivery models with subcontractors and partner ecosystems.
• Eligibility to serve as a Team Lead and mentor project managers.
