Senior Project Manager (Enterprise Web Modernization)

Location: Remote within Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Texas, Colorado, Maine, Florida, or Kentucky; occasional travel to offices or client locations may be required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $99,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-phase enterprise web modernization engagements, including website rebuilds, platform migrations, content migrations, and design system rollouts.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, dependencies, and multi-vendor alignment from inception through delivery.
• Use Jira and Jira Advanced Plans to create roadmaps, map dependencies, track capacity, and provide completion estimates.
• Guide agile planning, backlog refinement, software releases, and quality delivery with Product Owners and technical leads.
• Advise client executives on risks, trade-offs, organizational change, priorities, and delivery status.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while improving project management standards and delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• PMP certification is required.
• 7+ years of progressive project or product management experience leading complex technology engagements in a client-facing or agency environment.
• Proven experience with large-scale enterprise web redesigns, platform modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Deep working knowledge of Jira and Jira Advanced Plans for roadmapping, dependency mapping, workload management, and release tracking.
• Expertise in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, plus a solid understanding of modern web platforms, DXP, API integrations, and cloud hosting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and strong executive-level communication skills.

Nice to have

• CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience configuring Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Sitecore AI, Headless Sitecore, XM Cloud, frontend or API frameworks, and modular design systems.
• Experience delivering digital solutions in healthcare or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
