Symphony Project Manager PMO/IT

What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of business and technology projects, including ERP and other enterprise system initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, scope, change requests, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, action items, and completion activities.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, communication plans, tollgate reviews, and performance tracking.
• Track project KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, schedules, budgets, quality, and success criteria.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, system integrators, analysts, developers, testers, and change management specialists.
• Support organizational change management through communications, readiness tracking, training coordination, and adoption support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• 4–6 years of experience supporting or managing business or IT projects.
• Experience with project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and other project management tools.
• Knowledge of project coordination, stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, budgets, forecasts, and business case tracking.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and coordinate diverse cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise system implementations, including SAP S/4HANA or Oracle.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, legacy system decommissioning, IT infrastructure, networking, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
