Workplace Manager

What you will do

• Build and scale the people function and workplace operations to support rapid 10x growth.
• Manage Office Managers across multiple hirify.global locations, ensuring consistent workplace standards.
• Own and manage the global workplace budget, monitoring spend across offices.
• Negotiate and manage multi-location vendor relationships to support local office operations.
• Act as escalation point for workplace issues beyond single office scope.
• Hire, coach, and develop new Office Managers as new sites open.

Requirements

• Location: Must work on-site in San Francisco or Seattle, USA
• Experience managing multi-site teams with autonomy and consistent standards.
• Proven ability to run multi-location vendor programs and manage budgets across sites.
• Strong coaching skills to empower managers to solve problems independently.
• Experience hiring and onboarding operations or workplace roles.
• Clear communication skills, especially under pressure across multiple offices.

Nice to have

• Experience opening new offices or scaling workplace programs internationally.
• Familiarity with workplace technology platforms such as access systems, desk booking, or AV.
