Mobility Specialist

Location: AMER; New York; San Francisco. The role supports the US employee population.

Salary: $80,000–$130,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and commission.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end mobility casework for US employees, including relocations, transfers, assignments, and business travel support.
• Handle mobility allowance requests and coordinate case initiation, tracking, and resolution with external mobility vendors.
• Advise Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and leaders on mobility cases and practical next steps.
• Coordinate closely with the US Immigration Specialist, identifying risks and resolving mobility or immigration bottlenecks.
• Improve mobility tracking systems, policies, processes, and playbooks as the program expands.
• Support KPI reporting, cost analysis, and employee feedback initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of mobility casework experience focused on the US and cross-border relocations.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of US relocation, assignment, and business travel compliance considerations.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment under pressure, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Openness to supporting additional locations or regions as the business grows.

Nice to have

• Experience working with an in-house Immigration Specialist or team.
• Exposure to mobility outside the US, including the UK, EMEA, or APAC.
• Experience in data center, infrastructure, or technical workforce sectors.
• Experience managing mobility vendors or EOR providers.
• Familiarity with global immigration frameworks, program metrics, and data reporting.
