Mobility Specialist

Location: AMER; Houston; New York

Salary: $80,000–$150,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and/or commission.

What you will do

• Manage domestic and international relocations, transfers, and assignments for the US employee population from case initiation through completion and closure.
• Administer US mobility policies, relocation benefits, allowances, and assignment provisions through the ticketing system.
• Coordinate relocation and mobility vendors, track service delivery, resolve issues, and maintain partner accountability.
• Guide employees through sensitive relocation cases with clear, empathetic, and timely communication.
• Improve mobility tracking systems, policies, playbooks, and processes as the program expands.
• Support KPI reporting, cost analysis, and employee feedback initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on mobility casework experience managing end-to-end domestic and international relocations for a US employee population.
• Experience administering US mobility policies, relocation benefits, allowances, assignments, and related compliance considerations.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing mobility or relocation vendors, progressing cases, resolving service issues, and holding partners accountable.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with openness to supporting additional locations or regions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with an in-house Immigration Specialist or team.
• Exposure to mobility outside the US, including the UK, EMEA, or APAC.
• Experience in data center, infrastructure, or technical workforce sectors.
• Experience managing EOR or mobility vendors.
• Familiarity with global immigration frameworks, data reporting, and program metrics.
