Finance Sr. Director - Transformation Office

Location: Partial remote, with an option to work from Las Vegas, Nevada, US

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 annually USD

What you will do

• Lead financial strategy, governance, and performance management for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Establish methodologies for recognizing, validating, timing, and assigning ownership of transformation savings.
• Integrate initiative-level savings and investments into budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, monthly reporting, and financial close processes.
• Track performance and variances across plans, forecasts, and actual results, identifying financial risks and value leakage.
• Consolidate transformation performance into executive-ready reporting and provide fact-based recommendations to senior leaders.
• Partner with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Accounting, and functional leaders to strengthen accountability and resolve governance gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or transformation finance within a complex, multi-initiative environment.
• Experience integrating cost savings and investments into budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, cash flow, and capital versus operating expense mechanics.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate and present effectively at the executive level.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, or MBA.
• Experience with PE-backed portfolio companies or merger integration.
• Experience supporting technology and digital initiatives, including related technology financials and capital and operating spend.
