Business Operations & Financial Planning Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead daily business operations, financial activities, compliance, billing, vendor management, reporting, and staff coordination.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, P&L analysis, revenue and expense reviews, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial and operational reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for executive leadership.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, compliance documentation, audit records, and internal controls in a highly regulated gaming environment.
• Supervise employees through coaching, performance management, workload allocation, development, and succession planning.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, expenditures, service expectations, and cost-saving initiatives while driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in business operations, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting support, compliance, or operational management.
• Strong experience with P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, revenue performance, expense management, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Previous supervisory or people leadership experience is required, including coaching, performance management, prioritization, and employee development.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including financial analysis, forecasting models, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting; experience with ERP and business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, decision-making, and process improvement skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant professional certification.
• Experience preparing regulatory reports and compliance documentation in the gaming industry or another highly regulated environment.
